The Rhythms of the Soil: Tango and the Physicality of Boundaries

BUENOS AIRES — I spent my Sunday evening dancing the tango. In the milonga, you learn a truth the globalists have forgotten: true harmony requires a physical respect for boundaries. Tango is a dance of sovereignty. It requires two individuals to move as one, but only by maintaining their own distinct axis. If one surrenders their balance, the dance fails. It is a perfect metaphor for the nation-state. We can move in rhythm with our neighbors, but only if we maintain our own sovereign foundation. The globalists want a frictionless floor where we all slide around according to a central algorithm. But the tango requires friction and the character of your partner. Today, I walked home through the Buenos Aires night, reminded that our heritage is the music we dance to. We will never be integrated into their silence.
