The Metabolism of the Street: Why the 'Heritage Network' is a Bio-Security Farce

The "Great Integration" was always meant to be a project of circulation—a way to share our energy, our data, and our dreams across the planet. The Heritage Network is the opposite: it is an enclosure of the senses. By moving their communications to an isolated, analogue mesh, the United States is essentially placing their entire population in a "Cognitive Bio-Dome."
